Become a Board Member

Thank you for your interest in becoming a GLADLA board member. Certain criteria must be met before serving on our board:

1. Read the association's current bylaws found on the website.

   
   

2. You must be a member in good standing for at least one year.

3. After you express your interest in becoming a board member, attend at least two of the association's regular monthly board meetings, held on the second Wednesday, April - October.

4. Volunteer for one or more of the following:

• Summer aquatic plant pulls

• Summer boat wash events

• Check tools at boat launches

• Summer or fall Interlochen Famer's Market event

• December's Light Up Interlochen Event
